5 day training split?
What’s up everyone!
Today we’re going over a smart 5 day training split that’s gonna help you slap on some more muscle tissue if done correctly.
Now this is a 5 day split which is a hybrid between the classic Upper/Lower style set up and Push/Pull/Legs set up.
The big benefits of this one are we still get a legitimate training frequency of hitting each muscle 2x a week…but we’ve also got more directed/focused work with bringing in specific push/pull sessions into the rotation also.
This just allows us to get a little bit more creative for certain directed areas/weak links we may need to bring up.
This split CAN be legit but ONLY if you can recover from this and continue to progress lifts.
Some people can struggle hitting 5 legit training days in a week and keep on a run of progression…but there’s only one way to find out.
