Best exercises for Bigger Quads?
What’s up everyone.
If you’re serious about your training/physique…Who doesn’t want bigger quads?
It’s a telltale sign of someone who knows what the fuck they’re doing in the gym if you have a pair of massive quads.
But what’s the best exercise selection for us from a hypertrophy standpoint?
Do we all need to barbell back squat?
Are machines just as good?
Firstly you need to factor in your biomechanics, find movements which allow you to overload the target tissue of the quads…and can be loaded pain free over time.
