WHY is everyone so scared to bulk these days?
Nobody wants to go through a dedicated gaining phase because they’re absolutely scared shitless to gain ANY body fat in the process.
You’re all thinking of bulking in a negative manner over the positives of it.
-The ability to eat more food
-The ability to drive performance in the gym
-You’ll look even bigger in clothes etc
-The phase where you’re actually gonna grow muscle tissue
Bulking phases are a PIVOTAL part of the process.
Take your bodyweight up 20-30lbs from a lean starting point while smashing performance in the gym.
I don’t know anybody who’s jacked who didn’t go through some dedicated gaining phases in the process.
