How to progress your training?
What’s up everyone.
I guess you’re following my stuff because you want to get jacked…so you need to know about the importance and methods of progressing our training in the gym.
Without doing this correctly, we run the risk of just spinning our wheels for months on end…which I’m 100% sure none of you want to do.
3 main ways we can progress our lifts in the gym.
More load on a lift (1.25/2.5kg small changes plates)
An extra rep with the same weight
Moving the same load for same reps with better technique/execution.
