How to train when dieting?
How’s it going everyone.
This past weekend seen myself kick off my own dieting phase and it got me thinking about some of the training tweaks I potentially can make.
Something I’m always dealing with on a week to week basis with clients also.
Big mistake is that people will completely change their training when entering a deficit which is complete nonsense.
Couple of things we need to look at to get the most out of training when dieting.
-How hard should we train?
-What about intensity techniques? (Drop sets, rest pauses etc)
-Rep ranges that are beneficial?
-Volume management?
-Exercise selection?
