If I asked you all….”Are you training hard enough?” guarantee everyone would bark back with a puffed up chest telling me “yeah of course man”
But at some point, results and changes in your physique will do all the talking thats necessary.
Big issue I see is people LEAVING TOO MANY REPS IN THE TANK every single set they do.
Peoples perception of taking their sets close to or right up to failure is completely off sometimes and it’s hurting your results in the gym.
So what can we do about it?
