So what is a Romanian Deadlift?
It’s a hip hinge movement which starts with an eccentric contraction at the top, and not from a dead stop from the floor like a lot of other deadlift variations.
The main muscles involved are the:
-Glutes
-Trapezius
-Hamstrings
-Spinal erectors
