I always like to bring things back to nailing the FUNDAMENTALS for a long period of time.
No bullshit, no nonsense, not overcomplicating it…just getting after it ticking the right boxes.
This is what’s gonna build you a load of muscle tissue but it has to be done consistently.
A lot of this can be brought back to these 5 principles to help you build as much muscle as you can.
Progressive overload
Start lean (Create a bigger runway)
Slight calorie surplus (200-300cals over)
Proper rest and recovery (Allow Stimulus > Recovery > Adaptation)
Ruthless consistency
