Alright everyone.
Today we’re talking about fixing the “skinny fat” look that’s ever so common these days.
You’ll know the look I’m talking about.
Skinny, hardly any muscle mass.
Too much body fat around the mid section/hips etc.
So how do we go about fixing this?
There’s better ways than others in my opinion.
