Underrated Training Split (Anterior/Posterior)
How’s it going fellas?
Got a rundown of a LEGIT training split for you below.
It’s basically splitting your training week into 2 Anterior and 2 Posterior sessions across the week.
Very similar to Upper/Lower with a slightly different format to things.
Can be a really solid way to train if it’s how you’d prefer to do it.
