Upper/Lower Split for BIGGER Arms (Full Example)
What’s up everyone!
Got a great training split here that you can use to target “weaker” arms OR if you just want to prioritise your bicep/tricep development.
Now we’re going to be using an Upper/Lower split with a few simple tweaks.
A well executed Upper/Lower split is one of the best out there as it stands.
BUT a common complaint of Upper/Lower splits are that they neglect direct bicep/tricep work….or that sessions are TOO LONG so by the time you get to arm work you’re already knackered.
Two simple fixes for you:
START UPPER SESSIONS WITH TRICEP WORK
START LEG DAYS WITH BICEP WORK
We’re getting quality training stimulus at the start of our session when we’re fresh which will allow us to get so much more out of these movements.
Also leveraging a decent training frequency of hitting each muscle 2x a week (we actually hit arms 4x a week on this set up above when you think about it)
Do this for 6-12 months, good progression scheme/accuracy…while slowly creeping bodyweight up?
Arms will GROW.
