What’s up everyone. Chiming in with my take on the whole “Volume” debate today. It seems nowadays most are either full Mike Mentzer pilled doing 1 set to failure every week….or blasting tonnes of unnecessary volume. Like most training topics, the answer lies somewhere in the middle.
